Salatele arabesti sunt foarte fresh, pline de legume, verdeturi si plante aromatice proaspete, care te imbie atat prin aspectul lor apetisant, dar si prin aromele specifice orientale.
Tabouleh este o binecunoscuta salata libaneza, pe baza de rosii, patrunjel si bulgur. Dressing-ul parfumat de lamaie si menta ii da un plus de prospetime.
Este ideala dupa sarbatori, pentru o mica detoxifiere a organismului.
Ingrediente:
-o ceasca de bulgur
-o salata verde (arabii folosesc laptuca romana)-optional
-o legatura de ceapa verde
-6 rosii
-o legatura de patrunjel
-o jumatate de legatura de menta verde
-o lamaie
-ulei de masline
-sare

Mai intai pregatiti bulgurul. Se pune o ceasca de bulgur intr-un bol si se acopera cu apa rece.

Se lasa 30-40 de minute, pana cand se umfla bine.

Daca ramane surplus de apa, se scurge bine.
Apoi se amesteca cu verdeata tocata.

Amestecati 2-3 linguri de ulei cu sucul de lamaie si sare, turnati dressing-ul peste salata. Amestecati bine.
