O reteta romantica, de vara, caracterizata prin parfumul capsunilor proaspete si seductia vinului rosu, ideala pentru a cuceri un zambet...sau o inima :)
In numai cateva minute puteti face aceasta reteta deosebita si rafinata. O recomand tuturor celor care vor sa descopere combinatii culinare simple, dar senzuale.
Ingrediente:
-un piept de pui sau de curcan
-putin otet balsamic
-un pahar de vin rosu
-250 gr capsuni
-sare, piper, boia dulce si iute
-miere

Taiati puiul cubulete si condimentati-l dupa gust.

Caliti usor cubuletele de pui. Adaugati 2-3 linguri de otet balsamic.

Adaugati si vinul si lasati sa fiarba. Puneti si o lingurita de miere in sos.

Dupa ce a scazut sosul (in aproximativ 5-7 minute), opriti focul.

Adaugati capsunile spalate si taiate in jumatati. Amestecati bine.

Capsunile nu trebuie sa fiarba, ci doar sa infuzeze putin pentru a aromatiza sosul.
