Cartofii la cuptor, in stil provensal, sunt foarte aromati si deliciosi. Combinatia de mustar de Dijon cu smantana le da o nota fina si eleganta, iar savoarea buchetului aromatic aduce o mireasma placuta si apetisanta.
Ingrediente:
-cativa cartofi
-150 ml de smantana
-2 linguri de mustar de Dijon
-sare, piper
-ierburi aromatice provensale uscate
-1-2 catei de usturoi
-ulei de masline

Spalati cartofii, curatati-i de coaja si taiati-i in sferturi.
Amestecati smantana cu mustarul, sare, piper, usturoiul macinat si 2 linguri de amestec de ierburi aromatice provensale.

Ungeti o tava cu putin ulei de masline si turnati amestecul de cartofi si sos.

Se coc la 180 de grade Celsius 30-45 de minute, pana se rumenesc si se inmoaie (verificati cu furculita daca sunt facuti).
