Vreau sa va delectez cu o tarta minunata: tarta de nectarine cu jeleu de gutui si migadale macinate. O nebunie de arome! Dupa parerea mea, este o reteta perfecta de vara: rapida, parfumata, plina de fructe.
Daca puneti si o cupa de inghetata de fructe (caise, piersici) peste o felie de tarta de nectarine calduta, veti obtine un desert absolut seducator.
Ingrediente:
-un aluat de tarta
-3 -4 linguri de jeleu sau gem de gutui
-4 linguri de migdale macinate
-10 nectarine

Intindeti aluatul in tava, intepati-l din loc in loc. Ungeti aluatul cu jeleul de gutui.

Presarati migdalele macinate.

Adaugati nectarinele feliate. Dati tava la cuptor la 180 de grade pana cand se rumeneste frumos (circa 30 de minute).
